What information is needed from me to complete an online order?
On the checkout page we require a first/last name, shipping information, email and a phone number. The email address will be used only for communication purposes such as sending out the order confirmation after the order has been completed and tracking information. In rare cases we will contact you by phone if something is wrong with your order or your email address is not valid. All communication emails will be sent to you by email@example.com. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SOLD OR GIVEN TO 3RD PARTIES (we hate spam as much as you do). We have an industry standard 256-bit encryption SSL certificate which keeps all of your information protected during the checkout process.
My product was damaged durning shipment, What do I do?
Your orders are packaged to insure safe shipping. If for any reason damage occurs, we ask that you contact the carrier with the details. We also ask that you contact us so that we can help resolve.
What is your return policy?
After your product is delivered you have 14 days to return the product for a full refund, less the shipping costs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you first call or email us with your concerns and to obtain a return authorization.
Do your products have a warranty?
The only warranty expressed or implied is one year guarantee from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damage to the cutting board as result of neglect, accidental or intentional damage, misuse, repair, or exposure to extreme temperature and humidity. Warranty is limited to at the option of Stutzman Woodworks, either repair of or replacement of the cutting board of equal type and value. Initial inquiries should be made through firstname.lastname@example.org. If returns are necessary, all packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Stutzman Woodworks shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or for consequential damages. This warranty provides specific legal rights and there may be other rights that vary from state to state.
Do you take large quantity orders?
Yes. Please convey your needs with your request. Lead-time on delivery depends on orders in process. Typically, an average custom cutting board is between 2-3 weeks. Large quantity orders will take longer. Delivery time will be explained in the response email after filling out a custom order form.
Can I see my custom product before it gets shipped?
We can send pictures upon customers request.

What’s the process of getting something custom made?
The process is pretty simple. On our website there is a “Custom Ordering” link on our menu bar at the bottom. After clicking that button you need to fill out the form with all the different selections. When finished click the “continue” button. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Our message will explain pricing, estimated time of completion, shipping information, and payment instructions. Orders will NOT be fulfilled until payment is received.
How do you make a purchase through your website?
Simply add a product to the shopping cart and click the checkout button. You have the option to create an account which will allow you to manage/track your orders or you can checkout as a guest where an account is not needed. After entering in all the required information you will be directed to PayPal to pay for your order. After completing the PayPal checkout you will receive an email confirmation from us regarding your order.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer all kinds of payments options. We use PayPal as our payment provider. PayPal is used by 80+ million people from all over the world and they use the government standard encryption to make sure your payment information stays safe. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Don’t have a PayPal account? Well no worries its NOT required in order to make a purchase through our website.
I don’t have a PayPal account, what are my other options?
PayPal does not require an account in order to purchase a product from our website. Unfortunately, this is the only payment type we offer if you are purchasing a product on our website. We do not accept personal checks.
Are your products offered anywhere else?
We do sell our cutting boards locally.
What items do you offer that can be custom made?
Right now we only offer cutting boards. In the future we are planning to be able to offer tables and other furniture.
